Access to lots of jamming - in person - at your level - with others just like you. Real people, real instruction, meaningful insight, positive critique and correction, designed to make you a welcome contributor in your hometown jam. All with an upbeat, can do attitude. At Jam Camp we create a "Safe Fail" zone.
Jam camp engages students with one another in the motion of the music. There's breakout sessions for instruments, techniques and topics, but the emphasis is on jamming i.e. developing individuals and their part in the whole ensemble. We offer a variety of Large camps, and Small ones for Basic and Advanced jammers all across the southeast. It's easy to qualify for jam camp so click to find out more.

Deeper dives into subjects. Independent video explorations for streaming or download. Organized as self contained subjects like making Melody out of banjo rolls, or Pick Up Notes, or perhaps Walking between chords and many more.
This section of titles will develop over time. Right now the Members library is my first focus. Watch this space though as these courses will be coming along. Banjo for now - other instruments and subjects later. Choose from titles like Banjo As Language endless backup in a simple menu. Earl's Secrets revealing melody in the forward roll, and Jingle Bells Theory an exploration of banjo phrasing so simple yet powerful.
